Insurance & Payment Information

We aim to make dental care simple and transparent for families. Our fees follow the Pediatric Dental Fee Guide, and we are happy to help you understand how your insurance benefits apply to your child’s care.

Direct Billing

For your convenience, we offer direct billing to many insurance providers. This allows us to submit claims on your behalf so you only need to pay the portion not covered by your plan at the time of your visit.

Payment Responsibility

Dental insurance plans vary widely. While we are happy to help estimate your coverage, insurance companies make the final decision regarding benefits and payment. Any portion not covered by insurance, including deductibles or co-payments, is the responsibility of the patient and is due at the time of the appointment.

No Insurance?

If your family does not have dental insurance, we’re still here to help. Our team believes every child deserves access to quality dental care and we will always be happy to discuss treatment options and costs with you so there are no surprises. We will always review treatment recommendations and fees with you before beginning any care.

Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP)

Our office welcomes patients who are enrolled in the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP).

The CDCP is a government program that helps make dental care more accessible for eligible Canadians. However, the CDCP fee schedule and coverage may differ from the Pediatric Dental Fee Guide that our office follows.

As a result, the CDCP may not cover the full cost of treatment, and some services may have a co-payment or remaining balance that is the responsibility of the patient. In addition, not all dental procedures are covered under the CDCP.

Before any treatment begins, our team will review your child’s treatment plan and discuss any potential out-of-pocket costs so that you can make informed decisions about their care.
